Eating . . . Not Eating

Body Fat . . . is FOOD!
Look at this picture.
What do you see?
I see Mountain Dew, Coke, Sprite, and a thousand Big Oranges.
I see Banana Pudding, Peach Cobbler, Ice Cream, Pie, and Cake.
There is steak and potatoes . . . covered with sauces and gravies . . .
Yummmmmm . . . .
That is what my fat really is . . .
My body has taken all of those things that I have eaten . . . more than I needed . . . more than was required for me to survive . . . more than I could possibly burn . . .
. . . and it has stored it away . . . .
Around my waist . . . on my face . . . hanging from my neck . . . rubbing on my thighs . . . and building up on my butt.
As FAT.
Now . . . I'm going to tap into all of those stored treats!
I'm going to eat like Royalty.
I'm going to the buffet . . . the banqueting table around my middle . . .
I'm going to consume all of those goodies that my body has stored for a rainy day.
I'm going to eat a normal (actual food) meal . . . then I'm not going to eat another morsel until the same time tomorrow. I'm going to eat only one meal today . . . and one meal tomorrow . . . and one meal the next day.
For nearly 24 hours I'm not going to eat ANYTHING . . . then I'm going to eat a normal meal. I'm going to eat anything that I want . . . and I'm going to eat until I am full.
I'm going to eat . . . then I'm going to fast . . . then I'm going to eat again.
And I'm going to get hungry . . . and my body is going to go to the store to feed that hunger. It is going to get hungry and burn some of that excess fat.
All night as I sleep . . . my body is going to dine on fat . . . and all day long my body is going to go to stored fat to feed its hunger.
And every night at supper time . . . I'm going to eat a real meal . . . and it is going to be DELICIOUS!! It is when I break my fast . . . it is breakfast . . . at supper time. And I can have anything that I want (not just eggs, bacon, and biscuits).
Then . . . I'm going to sleep . . . and fast some more.
More about fasting later . . .
