I've practiced Biblical fasting through my years as a Christian for spiritual reasons, but during my research into weight loss I have often encountered the proposition that fasting might have a place in a rational health program.
The term most often used in weight loss conversations is INTERMITTENT FASTING. The term "intermittent" means "scattered," "not regular," or "occurring randomly."
