If you go to the Doctor . . .

If you go to see the Doctor . . .

. . . you probably already fast.

Your Physician, at one time or another, may have asked you to fast before visiting the office for your checkup or test.

If you are having a medical procedure or surgery . . . you may be asked to fast for a period before it begins.

Your Doctor doesn't hesitate in asking you to fast . . . they know that it won't hurt you . . . and even if you are uncomfortable as you refrain from eating . . . you and your Doctor know that it is good for you and will make the examination or procedure more successful.

Your Doctor would never ask you to do something that is dangerous or harmful.

Fasting can be helpful.
